Legal obligation
Law 89/2025 requires records — we already keep them
The Law on Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing has been in force since August 2025. Its duties come with deadlines and are verifiable, and the fines are not symbolic.

That is how long you have to enter a deal into the brokerage register, counting from the day the contract is signed.

Brokerage contracts must be kept for ten years, and the register itself permanently.

Why feature a listing
Publishing a listing is free and stays free. Featuring is paid with points: 1 point = 7 days, 3 points = 30 days. Points can be topped up at any time — with or without a subscription.

Publishing a listing is free. You only pay for featuring points.
Profi and Premium bring points every month (3 and 8 respectively) and have no limit on simultaneously featured listings; a free account may have at most two featured listings at a time.

Points can be bought at any time, with or without a subscription — no subscription for featuring and no renewals.
Purchased points are valid for 12 months. Tax is calculated by the payment processor before you confirm.

FAQ
Before you decide
What is free?
Publishing listings, an unlimited number of them, automatic import from the agency website, basic statistics, viewings, messages and listing translation. We will never ask for a subscription for that.
How do I pay?
By card through Paddle, which is the seller towards you, calculates the tax and issues the invoice. For agencies that pay by invoice we enable the package manually — write to [email protected].
Is there a long-term contract?
No. A monthly package can be cancelled at any time and runs until the end of the paid period. The yearly one is a single payment with two months free.
What happens to my listings if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Listings stay published and visible, and we never cap the number of listings on any tier. Only premium capabilities are lost: full statistics, the legal pack, AI tools and the points the plan brings every month. Points you bought stay yours until they expire, and featuring already paid for runs until it expires.
Is listing import charged?
No. Automatic import from the agency website is free in every package, including Start, and will stay that way.
Does a private advertiser have to pay?
No. Publishing a listing is free and there is no limit on how many. You only pay for featuring points: 1 point buys 7 days, 3 points buy 30 days, and the smallest pack is a single point. A new account gets points as a gift.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are stated in euros. Paddle calculates the tax for the country you pay from and shows it before you confirm the payment.
