1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DreamEstate platform, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2Description of Services
DreamEstate is a PropTech platform that enables: • Searching and viewing properties for sale and rent • Publishing property listings • Virtual property tours • Communication between buyers, sellers, and agencies • AI assistant for property search
3User Accounts
To use certain platform features, you need to create an account. You are responsible for: • Accuracy of the data you enter • Keeping your password confidential • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us of unauthorized account use
4Property Listings
When publishing a listing, you guarantee that: • You have the right to advertise the property • All listing data is accurate and complete • Photos accurately represent the property • The price is realistic and current • The listing does not violate third-party rights
5Billing, subscriptions and points
What we sell: a subscription to an agency plan (Profi and Premium) and points used to feature listings. Publishing listings is free. Prices and currency: prices are stated in euros (EUR). Profi is €59 per month or €590 per year, Premium €119 per month or €1,190 per year. Points are bought in packs: 1 point €9, 5 points €39, 10 points €69, 25 points €149. The tax is calculated by the payment processor according to the country you pay from and shown before you confirm. Seller: payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, they charge you and issue the invoice, and DreamEstate provides the service. Renewal and cancellation: a subscription is charged in advance and renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — until then you keep all plan features, and after that there are no further charges. Points: a point is a digital credit inside the platform; 1 point gives 7 days of featuring a listing, and 3 points give 30 days. Points are not money or a means of payment, they cannot be transferred to another account, cashed out or paid out. Validity: gift points for a new account 60 days, the points a plan grants every month until the end of the period they were granted for, purchased points 12 months from the purchase. Expired points are not refunded. Refunds: the conditions and deadlines are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6Prohibited Activities
The following is prohibited: • Publishing false or misleading listings • Using the platform for illegal purposes • Harassing other users • Attempting to hack or compromise security • Automated data collection without permission
7Limitation of Liability
DreamEstate is an online platform for real estate advertising and software for agencies, owners and building managers. It is not a real estate broker within the meaning of the Law on Brokerage in Real Estate Sales and Leases. Contracts for the sale and lease of real estate are concluded by users or agencies. We do not guarantee: • Accuracy of listing information • Quality or condition of properties • Outcome of transactions between users • Continuous platform availability
8Data Processing for Agencies, Owners and Managers
Agencies, flat owners and building managers are the controllers of the personal data they enter on the platform (e.g. contacts, principals, tenants, guests, unit owners). DreamEstate processes this data on their instructions, only to provide the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
