A new tourist settlement in Dobrota, consisting of a boutique hotel, frontline villas, and a beach area, will also feature a yacht marina on the coast.

Available to villa owners and guests are a SPA and Wellness center with a sea view, a restaurant, a small conference room, and an outdoor pool. In the sandy beach area, besides a restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes and drinks, there is also a water taxi service. The boutique hotel contains 72 apartments. Maintenance, security, and services in the settlement are provided in accordance with the highest global standards.

Private villas on the coast

The villas are built in accordance with the general architecture and with due respect for UNESCO's world heritage. Each buyer is given the opportunity to give their home an individual style. The usable area of the villa is 193m², and the area of the associated land is about 100m². The villa owner also has a parking space in the nearby hotel garage.

The villas are not only finished with modern materials and equipment but will also be fully furnished with quality furniture. During the finishing phase, the buyer can participate in the selection of materials and furniture.

The ground floor of the villa is an open space that includes a living room, dining room with kitchen, bathroom, and technical room. The living room opens to the garden located on the south side of the villa. The first floor has three spacious bedrooms, each with a direct sea view.
