Construction land in the settlement of Komina in Bar

This is a large plot owned by my mother and aunt, and both agree to sell according to this sketch. Each plot is 550m2, and each plot differs in price according to the distance from the sea.

The plots are 400 meters from the road to the sea and 500 meters from the main highway between Bar and Ulcinj. Ulcinj is 15 km away, and Bar is about 12 km. The plots do not have a building permit, water, or electricity, but if the first one is sold, we are ready to help because we will remain the owners of the others, and this will also help us in their sale. We are ready to participate in as many parts as we have money. So, if we have 7 installments at the time of purchase, then we will pay 7/8 of the travel costs.

The plots are not urbanized, but like everything in Montenegro, construction is possible here, and the place is ideal for summer temporary houses. Construction will be allowed in a few years, as is the case in Dobri Voda and Utjeha, which are now renovated. The beach below is never used because the sand cannot be reached by any other roads except ours, and therefore it is sparkling clean. This hill and beach are a true gem of our coast that has not yet been utilized.
