Hotel With 22 Rooms and a Restaurant

I am renting out a hotel in the center of Sutomore with its large private parking, restaurant, reception, and 22 rooms. I rent the hotel on a full-for-empty basis during the season for 2, 3, or 4 months as we agree, price per bed. The hotel has a total of 75 beds, so it can accommodate 75 people. The restaurant is located at the top and has huge terraces that open with a beautiful view of the entire Sutomore and the sea. Each room will have an internet router inside, a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, a refrigerator, central heating and cooling. There are cameras in the corridors for guest safety.

The hotel is rented for a minimum of 5 years and the price is 95,000 euros annually. Payment is on an annual basis. A deposit of 30,000 euros is required at the beginning.
