One-bedroom apartment Igalo Center – 2nd row from the sea. Sale from the investor in the initial phase of construction

The commercial-residential building will consist of two commercial spaces – on the ground floor, eleven apartments on two floors of the building, and an underground garage for 16 cars.

On the first floor, there are six residential units, each with one bedroom. The second floor consists of five apartments, three of which are one-bedroom and two are two-bedroom.

As in previous projects, the investor uses high-quality materials and modern seismic protection technologies in construction. A special advantage of this project is energy savings, using modern heating and cooling technologies. All apartments will have Norwegian radiators and air conditioning units (floor and wall).

The paths and sidewalks of the complex's territory will be paved with flat rectangular stone slabs – Bilec marble. The area is landscaped and planted with Mediterranean vegetation. A gentle ramp will be built to the main entrance for the needs of people with reduced mobility.

The planned completion date of the building is December 2025.
