The apartment has an interior area of 70m2 and a large private yard of 1000m2. The apartment is located in the rural part of Bar, in a neighborhood called Mrkojevici, known for its beautiful nature and good food. The owners of the upper floor come maybe once a year for a month, so most of the time you have the whole house to yourself with full privacy and freedom.

The apartment is rented throughout the year and the price is 500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
