Do you store my data?
We send the numbers from your bill to the official Telemach service only to check the bill, and we do not show the name or address from the bill. When the bill is found, we keep the numbers for at most two hours so you can save them to Moj dom with one click; after that the link no longer works. They are stored with your account only once you save them yourself.
How often are bills refreshed in Moj dom?
Moj dom checks the linked Telemach account by itself every morning, so you see a new bill soon after Telemach issues it. If the Telemach service does not respond, it tries again on the following days, and you can also refresh the account yourself with a button in Moj dom.
