How to check your electricity and water bill
Electricity bills across Montenegro come from EPCG, and you can check them without registering, using the subscriber number and meter number from your bill. Water and waste collection bills come from your city’s utility company — in Podgorica, Vodovod i kanalizacija Podgorica and Čistoća Podgorica — and phone and internet bills from your operator.

How do I check my EPCG bill without registering?
On this site, on the EPCG page, you enter the subscriber number and meter number from your bill and see the amount, period and due date, without signing up. The EPCG bill check page offers the same. In Moj dom you enter these details once, and the EPCG bill then arrives on its own.
How do I check my water bill in Podgorica?
On the check and payment page of Vodovod i kanalizacija Podgorica, enter your customer code, which has exactly 9 digits. The bill can be paid online or at the company’s counter.
Which cities have water and waste bills?
For Podgorica, Budva, Bar, Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi we track water and waste, and for Nikšić, Ulcinj, Cetinje and Plav water. Electricity (EPCG) and phone and internet (Crnogorski Telekom, M:tel, One and Telemach) are covered for all of Montenegro.
Can I pay a bill through DreamEstate?
