Hotel Durmitor H&V no. 1736

The new 5-star Durmitor Hotel and Villas, located near the famous Durmitor National Park, near the town of Žabljak. Its total area will be 3000 square meters. The magnificent hotel will offer 55 exceptional rooms, each encompassing high quality and comfort. Additionally, 13 luxury villas will be built next to the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel premises, visitors will find themselves in an exceptional lobby with a reception and lobby bar. Guests have access to carefully selected shops, beauty salons, spa centers, and restaurants. The hotel will feature an indoor pool, storage space for luggage, skis, snowboards, and more. Also, investors can count on a profit share from the hotel amounting to 30%.

To qualify for Montenegrin citizenship under the investment program, investors can purchase a share in the new Durmitor development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, and acquire a 1/10 share in a villa, with a donation to the state fund amounting to 100,000 euros. The investment retention period is 5 years, after which investors can resell the share to a new investor in the program.
