To qualify for Montenegrin citizenship under the investment program, investors can purchase a share in the new Durmitor development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, and acquire a 1/10 share in a villa, with a donation to the state fund amounting to 100,000 euros. The investment retention period is 5 years, after which investors can resell the share to a new investor in the program.
