The house is located in the tourist area of Ratac, Sutomore, 4 km from the city center.
The house was built in June 2008 in a Mediterranean style, clad in stone, with a wrought iron fence, all doors and joinery are made of extra-class PVC and comply with European standards. From all balconies, there is a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. In the basement, there is a laundry room, a large room that was originally planned as a restaurant, but is currently used as parking for two cars, there is space for installing central heating and a water heating system using solar panels.
On the first floor, there is a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a storage room, 2 spacious hallways, a large terrace along the entire southern side of the house, which is located on the sea side.
On the second floor, there are 5 apartments, ranging in size from 29m2 to 43m2.
