What do we offer investors?

Our project is more than just land. It is a carefully planned and well-founded business decision. We offer the opportunity to become the owner of a 2,800 m² plot consisting of several adjacent parcels, each of which has already obtained the necessary building permits, as well as a detailed conceptual design for the entire ethnic village. The total residential area in the project is 1,400 m².

The complex of stone houses designed by skilled architects who preserved the original features and combined them with a new, functional design. The project consists of four large buildings, each containing 10 townhouses (separate properties). Additionally, there is a communal pool, landscaped gardens, a bocce court, parking, and a traditional Montenegrin round meeting place (“Guvno”).

The starting price for the entire project is €750,000.

Location description
Đuraševići is a unique village on the Luštica peninsula, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages. The village consists of traditional and recently renovated stone houses and apartments, a bakery, an organic food store, and an art gallery.

The Luštica peninsula is one of the most promising areas of Montenegro, where world-class residential complexes are being built amidst wild nature. The magnificent luxury village of Luštica Bay, with spas, hotels, apartments, and villas, not to mention a beautiful golf course, is a 15-minute walk away. Tivat Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Even the airports of Dubrovnik and Podgorica are easily accessible within 1.5 hours.

Moreover, here, amidst untouched nature, there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails that will take you to magnificent beaches, as well as several picturesque fishing villages, such as Bigova and Rose, or to stunning viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea or the Bay of Kotor.
The peninsula has a dozen well-equipped beach clubs and an equal number of wild beaches to choose from.
