The hotel is completely renovated and ready to open as a boutique hotel, spa, and bar in the Old Town of Kotor, Montenegro. The hotel building was originally constructed several hundred years ago. In 1860, the building was converted into a hotel.
Everything has been completely refurbished. This includes all new structural reinforcements, floors, windows, shutters, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Everything has been brought up to modern safety and environmental energy-saving standards. All new custom-made furniture and additional equipment are ready for operation.
The current layout has 7 rooms, with the main suite on the top floor. Inside, there are 9 newly built bathrooms. After entering the reception, with a custom-made hand-crafted marble table, climb the stairs to the terrace.
On the terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with Electrolux, with seating for 10 and a sushi bar. On the terrace, you will notice a waterfall amidst plants, trees, and vines. Also, 2 pergolas can be opened for increased sunlight or evening stars. When you are on the terrace, you cross over an arched bridge into the hotel section that is separated from the dining area.
The hotel and kitchen are fully equipped with premium tableware and linens. Near the reception, there is a newly formed SPA. Inside, there is a sauna, steam shower, exercise machine, massage room, and changing area. Across from the sauna, there is a handmade jacuzzi pool with a water pump that erupts like a volcano and a waterfall. On both sides of the entrance across, there is a fully equipped bar for 8 tables. Inside the bar, the ceiling is the original hand-laid Siga stone ceiling that insulates noise. Everything is set up and ready to start business.
