What is the property management fee?
It depends on the type of rental and the scope of work — it differs for an annual lease compared with an apartment rented to guests. You get the exact pricing model in the quote.
What does property management include?
Finding and screening tenants, the lease agreement, rent collection, tracking bills, maintenance and regular reports. Cleaning and guest check-in by arrangement.
Who registers guests and pays the tourist tax?
Host obligations — registering guests' stays and the tourist tax — are part of short-term rental management; exactly what we take on is set out in the contract.
How and when do I receive my money and report?
We agree on a monthly statement: you get an overview of income and expenses and a payment to your account.
Can I use the apartment while it's under your management?
Yes, when it isn't rented. Let us know the dates in advance so we can block them.
