What is a 360° virtual tour?
A series of panoramic photos of each room linked together: the visitor looks around and moves from room to room on a phone or computer.
What's the difference between a 360° tour and a 3D tour (Matterport)?
A 3D tour also creates a three-dimensional model of the space, but it requires a special camera and usually a monthly subscription. A 360° tour is faster and cheaper, and for viewing an apartment or house it is usually enough.
How long is the tour available?
As long as your listing is active on DreamEstate, the tour is available on the listing and via a link.
Can I put the tour on my own website?
Yes, you get a link and an embed code for your agency's website or personal site.
How long does it take to shoot a tour?
For an average apartment the shoot takes about an hour; houses and villas take longer, depending on the number of rooms.
